Channels
- Instagram
- Direct messages and comments: if someone comments “price?”, they get a private reply (under Meta’s current rules, up to 7 days later, with per-person and hourly caps). It requires a professional account linked to a Facebook Page; personal accounts are excluded.
- WhatsApp
- WhatsApp Business, with the same assistant. It needs a dedicated line and Meta must verify your business. It replies within 24 hours of the customer’s message; outside that window Meta only allows approved templates, which we don’t have yet. If you use a number that already has WhatsApp, you may lose its history when moving it.
- Web
- Chat on your website or storefront: designed with you. Today it exists as a demo per industry, not as a product ready to switch on.
- TikTok
- Catalog and link. TikTok doesn’t expose direct messages to external integrations: those messages are answered by hand.
Limits
- It replies; it doesn’t initiate. It only writes to people who wrote to you first (on WhatsApp, within 24 hours). It isn’t for broadcasting promotions to your contact list.
- It doesn’t charge on its own. It quotes, builds the order and asks for payment. Today a person does the confirmation, and it never says “payment confirmed” based on a typed reference. If your bank or Binance Pay enable automatic confirmation, that could change for those methods.
- It needs the system on and online. It only replies while the system it runs on is working.
- No appointment booking for now. There’s no scheduling module today. If your business works with appointments, we design it with you.
- It doesn’t understand voice notes or images. It says so and hands over to a person, or asks for the reference in writing.
- It doesn’t diagnose, prescribe or give legal or tax advice. Nor does it validate prescriptions or ID documents.
- If a question goes beyond what it knows, it’s designed to say so and escalate.
- It addresses your customers formally by default. Our working plan is to calibrate the tone with you, privately and with your approval, before opening it to the public.
- It was built and tested in Spanish. Conversations in English, or in both languages, are designed and calibrated with you.
- Costs that aren’t ours: Meta charges for WhatsApp messages at its rates; cloud AI charges per use; AI on your own computer needs a graphics card.
- Third-party paperwork: WhatsApp requires a dedicated line (under Meta’s current rules, the Node’s number can’t remain active in the regular app) and verification of your business, which Meta controls. We give you a step-by-step guide on which documents to prepare and what to request.
The per-industry prototypes are different: their prices are written by hand. We also took the arithmetic away from the AI, because language models sometimes get sums wrong.
Our working plan with each business starts with a session where you tell us what you sell, how you talk and how far the Node should go.
